Description: Journey into the artistic world with "Le Corsage Rayé," a captivating lithograph with a rich history by the iconic artist Pablo Picasso. Originally drawn on April 3, 1949, this masterpiece took on a new life in June 1978 when Fernand Mourlot, Picasso's lithographer, meticulously recreated the image in a slightly smaller size. This limited edition of 300 copies was expertly translated by lithographer Henri Deschamps, who had been working with Picasso since 1945 at the Mourlot Atelier.

Notably, this image graces the cover of Picasso's lithograph catalog by Hatje Cantz, published in 2000. The original work from April 3, 1949, was executed in 5 colors, with black added later in the day to yield the iconic image presented here.
